GoalPost™ provides the engineering team the mechanism for storing and applying standards in order to accurately measure the associates’ performance.  Reporting from GoalPost™ will allow engineers to track the amount of work that is being performed and track the relationship between different work variables to identify the possible need for reengineering. 

Flexible performance and pay calculations allow the engineers to measure a majority of the associates in the facility, including associates in support areas, working in teams, and even supervisors. 

In addition to traditional work content performance measurements, the quality assurance area of the system allows engineers to also measure and track the accuracy of the work being performed.  Associates can be rewarded not only on their productivity performance, but also based on the level of accuracy they maintain while doing their jobs.
