GoalPost™ provides specific, accurate and objective data concerning an associate’s job performance.  This data is often used by the Human Resources department in assisting with associate evaluations, and can provide the basis for other non-monetary award programs that are available within the company.

The GoalPost™ suite calculates and tracks information that allows your HR group to identify, reward and retain your high performing employees. In addition, it provides coaching tools and tangible incentives for those that need mentoring.

In addition, reports and data feeds are provided to send the payroll department the appropriate amounts of incentive earned by each associate.  Data provided to payroll can be incentive amount only or can include other types of data such as hours and base earnings.
