The mission of GoalPost customer support is to provide you with a single resource for technical support and assistance with your GoalPost system.

Customer support is committed to providing quality customer support when you need it, ensuring that your mission critical system operates with the reliability you expect.

Customer support can

  • Determine problems and identify the problem source
  • Resolve problems
  • Escalate problems to the appropriate resource when necessary
  • Maintain call ownership to ensure an acceptable solution is provided
  • Log call detail to build a knowledge base for future reference

Customer support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT. The Help desk is closed on major U.S. holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
