Kurt Salmon Associates Announces Release of Version 2.1 of GoalPost™ Workforce Performance Management Software Package
Atlanta, June 4, 2007 - Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), global management consulting firm, announced today the release of version 2.1 of its GoalPost™ Workforce Performance Management Software.
GoalPost™ 2.1 improves on an already outstanding data analysis function set by adding new standard and interactive report views, exposing more data for use in reporting and analysis, and increasing the options for developing reports. New reports topics in-clude coaching, incentive pay, and wage information. In addition to the more than 60 pre-configured reports that ship with GoalPost™ Reporter, the new report templates allow website analysts the flexibility and freedom of a blank canvas on which to create custom-ized reports from the ground up.
Another new feature is improved security standards to better manage who has access to confidential wage and pay information. System administrators can now grant reporting ac-cess to users with confidence that sensitive wage and pay information is safely hidden when appropriate.
