GoalPost™ begins with a single login, web-based entry point. The landing page provides user-configurable trending graphs for on-standard percent, accuracy, and performance. This helps supervisors to identify potential performance drags as they occur.

The landing page also provides a single point of entry to access all of the performance improvement functionality that the GoalPost™ package offers.

  GoalPost™ Calculation Engine

The performance, accuracy and incentive pay calculation engine for GoalPost™ offers flexible pay configurations that support many levels of performance calculations including team, training, and indirect performance calculations.

The flexibility GoalPost™ provides allows you to place the maximum number of associates into the program at an earlier time than any other LMS or incentive package.

For data integration, the calculation engine supports automated and manual data entry or any combination of the two. With the GoalPost™ system, it is easy to import information from your existing WMS, LMS, or other system and equally as simple to manually enter data using the bundled manual entry routine. This flexibility allows you to get your program up and running fast and also preserves your options for expanding the program in the future.

GoalPost™ Coaching / Mentoring

GoalPost™ provides coaching and mentoring capabilities for supervisors that can automatically identify coaching candidates based on user-defined coaching policies that take into account performance, accuracy and the time spent on-standard.

A standardized set of coaching forms is provided to help reduce the overhead normally associated with a performance improvement mentoring program. Each session is tracked and provides a historical record of both the associate’s progress and the supervisor’s coaching efforts.

GoalPost™ Reporting and Data Analysis

GoalPost™ provides a fully featured reporting and analysis tool for accessing the performance and coaching data tracked by the system. GoalPost™ comes standard with over 40 reports that cover KPI’s across all levels of the facility including department, operation and associate. Included in the reporting functionality is the ability to perform facility-to-facility comparisons in situations where you have multiple facilities running the GoalPost™ system.

With the flexible reporting cababilities of GoalPost™, users can create custom reports from the ground up using data templates or by modifying existing reports. Filtering, sorting, exporting data, rearranging columns and powerful graphing capabilities are standard with GoalPost™ reporting. This minimizes reliance on IT for new reporting needs.
