The performance, accuracy and incentive pay calculation engine for GoalPost™ offers flexible pay configurations that support many levels of performance calculations including team, training, and indirect performance calculations.

The flexibility GoalPost™ provides allows you to place the maximum number of associates into the program at an earlier time than any other LMS or incentive package.

For data integration, the calculation engine supports automated and manual data entry or any combination of the two. With the GoalPost™ system, it is easy to import information from your existing WMS, LMS, or other system and equally as simple to manually enter data using the bundled manual entry routine. This flexibility allows you to get your program up and running fast and also preserves your options for expanding the program in the future.

A standardized set of coaching forms is provided to help reduce the overhead normally associated with a performance improvement mentoring program. Each session is tracked and provides a historical record of both the associate’s progress and the supervisor’s coaching efforts.
