Goals – The goals (or standards) developed focus only on those factors over which each individual or team has direct control.  Each goal also maintains the proper balance of all performance objectives (i.e., productivity, accuracy, etc.).

Base Plus® Performance Cycle.

Performance – An individual’s or team’s performance is a function of the Pace, Utilization & Methods used to perform each task.  Performance is calculated daily, reporting the effectiveness of each associate, team, operation, department, and facility.  Performances are also accumulated weekly, monthly / seasonally, year-to-date, and annually to track performance trends.

Feedback –  Managers and supervisors are thoroughly trained to recognize opportunities and provide detailed, positive feedback to each associate on how to improve his/her performance.  This constant, positive feedback acts as the engine to drive improved performance.

Reward – Associates and supervisors are provided with timely monetary and non-monetary incentives to reward them for their improved performance.  This balanced rewards program is the key to ensuring the program is a “Win - Win” for both the employer and its associates.
